In-Store Purchases - Return and Refund Policy
- Exchange or Gift Card only within 14 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the a copy of your receipt or gift receipt
- Sale items are not eligible for return/refund
Exceptions / non-returnable items

- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, nursing products, nursing bras, swimwear).
- Any sale item is a final sale.
- Gift Cards are final sale.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges & Returns
- You have 21 days to return unused items in original condition with receipt and original packaging for a refund in the form of the original tender.
- Please note for online purchases the 21 days starts from the date that the tracking information shows delivered.

To start a return, contact us at hello@fromkickstokids.com. If your return is authorized, you will be issued an Return Authorization number (RA#) for the item being returned.

Make sure to clearly display the RA number on the outside of the package when you ship the item back. Without a valid RA number, your return may be delayed or even refused.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and a Refund Confirmation will be issued.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*Please note all shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable and all returns are done at the customer's expense. Refused shipments and shipments not picked up at shipping depots are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.
