This Balm is great for kids and infants too! The types of eucalyptus it contains are appropriate even for babies. We generally recommend topical application from 6 months of age and up. Under 6 months of age, we recommend that a parent/caregiver applies it to their own chest so that baby has the benefit of inhaling it while being held. This is a great alternative to chemical products with a similar purpose/scent.
